Influence of external factors on balanced development of microelectronic enterprises of the defense and industrial complex

The article identifies the main external factors affecting the balanced development of the defense-industrial complex. A comparative analysis of the results of the activities of the microelectronics enterprises presented is the basis of the strategic analysis. Based on the forecast of the dynamics of changes in the external environment, directions for improving activities based on the introduction of innovations were proposed.
