The research analyzes the influence of external and internal factors on the change in enterprise profit and profitability. The conclusion is made about the possibility of the enterprise to use internal factors. The SWOT analysis made it possible to conclude that it is necessary to use threat neutralization strategies based on strengths. It is proposed to use public partnership and internal reserves of the enterprise to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
