The purpose of the research was to determine influence of internal infection in seeds of oil crops of Brassicaceae family on germination and oil content in current conditions. Researches were conducted in laboratory of V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops in 2014-2018. Seeds of winter and spring rapeseed, turnip rape, common mustard and false flax, spring white and black mustards and pathogens were used as objects of the research. We classified internal infection in seeds due to the State Standard 12044-93. We determined the internal infection was caused by fungus of Alternaria Nees. (1.518.0% in winter false flax and 1.5-2.0% in spring one), Fusarium Link. (0.6-2.8%, besides spring and winter false flax), Aspergillus Link., Penicillium Link., Mucor Fresen. (0.3-0.6%, besides spring false flax and black mustard), and by bacteria in seeds of spring rapeseed and spring mustard - 0.3 and 0.6%, respectively. Some seeds infected with pathogens lightly had seedlings with necrotic spots on cotyledons: 2...
