The influence of intraorganization trust on innovative attitude of labor: sociological analysis of workers of industrial enterprises in Perm

In the article, social capital is viewed as one of the elements of the socio-cultural context of modernization processes. The focus of the authors' research the individual level of enterprises workers' social capital. There is considered the influence of trust on the affective, cognitive and behavioral components of the workers' innovation attitude. According to the survey results, workers with a higher level of social capital demonstrated greater willingness to participate in innovative processes.
