Effect of cows age on their dairy productivity

In the article the characteristic of milk productivity of cows is given depending on their age in lactations. The highest productivity was observed in cows with 4 lactations. Starting from the 6th lactation, milk yields decrease. Udoi first-calves accounted for about 68% of milk yield of full-fat cows. There were no significant differences in the fat content in the milk of cows with age.
