Impact of sunflower seed early treatment on their sowing and yield qualities

The impact of early and presowing sunflower seeds treatment by protective and stimulative compositions on seed infection presence and their sowing and yield qualities is studied. It is established that all studied compositions shown protective effects with respect to fungous and bacterial diseases, especially in the case of early treatment. On the base of correlation analysis negative relationship between level of fungous and bacterial infection in the seeds and their laboratory and field germination rates, and sunflower yield is revealed. Preservation of field germination rate and yield qualities was observed more often at early treatment, especially with compositions No 1, No 2 and No 4.
