The article presents the material of practical developments on the use of water aerobics exercises in the swimming training system for girls aged 18-25. The features of the impact of the aquatic environment on the body of students are highlighted. It has been established that the introduction of specially selected exercises of water aerobics into the process of initial swimming training is an effective means of relieving the psycho-emotional state of girls.
