The article presents the results of pedagogical experiment aimed at substantiation of methods of recreational classes in Japanese style mini-volleyball activities for retarded pupils, it reveals the change in pupils’ state after the pedagogical experiment evaluated by methods of express estimation of emotional states “Gradusnik” by Yu.Ya. Kisilev.
