Influence of under-water hunting on the trainees` organism

As it is seen from the article, training sessions in underwater hunting lasting for many years lead to the growth of indices of special preparedness (results in static and dynamic apnoea and 100-m swimming) and to those of aerobic productiveness (Harward step-test index, index of individual aerobic preparedness-Own Index). Above mentioned trainings contribute also to the increase of life lungs capacity and to the lowering of the frequency of systoles in the conditions of peace. As a whole it can be considered that the competitive moving activity in under-water hunting has a developing effect upon mechanisms providing aerobic power of endurance.
