Soil condition on the types and levels of salinity on a global scale and region tends to increase, resulting in a reduction of agricultural land. The study of the saline substratum influence in the field is limited by the complexity of the artificial creation of comparable conditions for crop cultivation. Often at the same time we have to use only natural their condition. The importance of communication is the need to study the physiological parameters to assess the role of soil salinity in plant resistance. Already proposed several approaches for cereal and vegetable crops with a short life expectancy, there are gaps for perennial forms. Grapes has a significant place in world production. Hence the need for laboratory testing his resistance to stress. For this purpose, a model used by stem cuttings, which are repeated in the initial stages of morphogenesis, the structural organization of the plant. The stability of own-rooted stem cuttings of grape varieties to chloride and sodium sulfate by culturing them on different substrates. It noted the changes in chlorophyll content and carotenoid accumulation of ions, as well as damage of membrane grape leaf cells by culturing options.
