Imputability of a person as a feature of subject of crime related to illicit trafficking of psychotropic, superpotent substances and poisonous substances

The article presents scientific aspects of imputability of a person and its influence on committing illicit trafficking of superpotent and poisonous substances. The researcher considers important to provide the opportunity for patients with toxic addiction to have medical and social rehabilitation and to organize the procedure of giving superpotent substances only to relatives (custodians, or other authorized representatives) if the disease does not suggest the ability to control patient’s own behavior.
