Implementation of Agile methodology in organizational operations

The article outlines the methodological foundations of Agile and Waterfall, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each model. It examines the main stages of implementing the Agile methodology in the operations of the company OOO “BelKras 999”. The economic performance of the organization and its competitiveness in the self-adhesive label printing market in the North Caucasus Economic District were analyzed, identifying the key benefits of adopting the flexible methodology. The article also discusses potential challenges that may arise during the implementation of the Agile methodology and offers key recommendations for addressing difficulties related to applying the new model in the organization's activities. A planned cost estimate for the adoption of the flexible methodology is provided, along with a calculation of the efficiency gained from these measures, which will ultimately enable OOO “BelKras 999” to improve its productivity.
