Implementation of lean technologies in organization management

Compared with the manufacturing sector, the use of the concept of lean manufacturing in medicine began relatively recently and is not being sufficiently implemented in the Russian healthcare system. The article discusses the domestic experience of implementing cost-effective technologies in the GBUZ Belovskaya City Hospital №1. The analysis of problematic service processes is carried out and recommendations for their improvement using lean manufacturing tools are developed, recommendations for further development are given.
