Artificial intelligence significantly improves the efficiency of internal control, allowing to promptly identify potential threats and optimize production processes. The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, in the internal control system using the example of PJSC Gazprom Neft. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, organizations strive to optimize management processes, which requires the adaptation of traditional control methods to modern conditions. The study is based on data analysis, comparative analysis of various approaches, case method, modeling methods, and documentary analysis. In addition, the article pays attention to the importance of creating a flexible and adaptive internal control structure that could quickly respond to changes in the external environment and internal needs of the business entity. As a result, key aspects were identified that contribute to the effective integration of digital technologies, such as the use of data for making informed decisions, the use of digital models for analytics and forecasting, as well as the need for a phased implementation of innovations. The results of the study serve as a methodological basis for the further development of control systems in PJSC Gazprom Neft, ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization in a rapidly changing technological landscape. The presented research is of interest to practitioners in the field of management and digital transformation.
