Introduction of digital technologies in the field of tourism on the example of the resort city of Sochi

Due to the pandemic restriction of population mobility, digitalization of business processes has significantly accelerated, which has led to the growth of e-commerce and marketing, digitization of tourist monuments and museum collections, creation of online tours, integration of virtual and augmented reality technologies and other digital technologies and services into traditional tourist services. This article presents the results of a study of websites and portals belonging to organizations and entrepreneurs working in the tourist market of the resort city of Sochi, offering in addition to traditional, digital services, including digital access to travel services. Almost all of them work today in both the traditional and electronic market, and their digital services provide access to all the basic needs of tourists.
