Growing requirements for transparency and quality of customer interaction require companies to revise the architecture of information systems. The article discusses the project of implementing a CRM-system based on Bitrix24 with a modular architecture, focused on the automation of the value chain - from the processing of requests to post-sales service. The principles of building sales funnels, classification of leads, features of configuration of product units and order calculations are described. Mechanisms of integration with ERP-systems, master stores and external services, including REST-interfaces and event-based data exchange model are disclosed. The presented approach demonstrates the possibilities of scalable digital transformation with a focus on data integrity and reduced operational burden.
