The digital economy creates opportunities for improving the quality of personnel management and automation of many HR-processes. The tools for this changes are digital technologies. This article is devoted to studying the implementation of digital technologies in the human resource management. The main advantages and disadvantages of HR-digitalization, the possibility of implementation are examined, and also the level of development of digital technologies in modern organizations are explored.
