This article demonstrates the importance of implementing an agile approach in the marketing activities of large-scale organizations. For the successful business running emerging changes should be noticed immediately in the current realities. The presented results of the research international company X, being in localization process right now, show that the flexible approach is relevant not only for small companies and can minimize the existing problem areas. The developed recommendations can be considered and adapted to the activities of marketing teams in the market of children's goods and related spheres of business.
