Implementation of information and communication technologies in regional governance through changing technology stages of information processing

The article discusses the importance of information and communication technologies in regional and local government, analyzes the evolution of information processing processes, and highlights the challenges of transitioning from computer technologies to information and communication technologies. Based on the experience of the Khanty- Mansi Autonomous, the authors propose an algorithm for transitioning to the modern stage of information processing, which involves the development of information and communication technologies in regional and local government.
