The introduction of information technology as a way to increase the motivational factor in the work of staff (for example IE Gavrilova I. V.)

The article is devoted to questions of introduction of information technologies as a way of enhancing motivational factors in the work of the staff. The theme of the article is viewed by the authors on the example of IE Gavrilova I.V.. Also the authors analyzed the statistical data reflecting the percentage of organizations that use special software to solve organizational, managerial and economic challenges. The result of this research is the proposal of creation of the program monitor the performance of staff, namely consultants.
