Introduction of the innovative model of the educational process in the additional educational institution

The article touches upon the issue of the innovative model of the educational process in the additional educational institution on the basis of the today’s tendencies of the youth policy. The authors analyse the youth policy priorities and determine the principles of the educational institution activity. The article describes the modern form of the educational process organization in the institution of the additional education - educational techno park and its constituting modules. The paper presents the project education as the leading technology of the techno park, oriented on the projects creation, as the students’ educational outcomes.
