The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches and applied aspects of the introduction of innovative methods and technologies for providing services to retail operators. The relevance and timeliness of innovative development of retail operators is substantiated. On the basis of the conducted researches the innovative methods and technologies of rendering of services in retail trade and preconditions of their application by operators of retail networks are systematized. A set of modern technologies and methods of providing services in the field of retail trade is offered. The advantages of the introduction of innovative sales technologies in the activities of retail trade enterprises are highlighted.
