Introduction of artificial intelligence in remote banking in Russia

This article examines the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in remote banking services (RBS) in Russia as an important aspect of the digital transformation in the banking sector. The authors analyze key areas of AI application within Russian banks, highlighting the benefits of such solutions, including service personalization, increased efficiency, and enhanced security of financial transactions. Existing risks and issues such as regulatory challenges, cybersecurity concerns, personal data protection, and the impact of automation on the labor market are also discussed. The paper presents prospects for the further development of AI in RBS and provides recommendations for banks, regulators, and users. The research is based on current statistical data and practical examples of technology implementation by leading Russian banks.
