Introduction of electronic means in the criminal justice on the example of the integrated information system of courts of general jurisdiction

This article analyzes the introduction of electronic and information technologies in criminal proceedings on the example of the Integrated information system of courts of general jurisdiction (IIS CGJ) in Moscow courts. Article shows the advantages of the planned innovations that will improve the quality and efficiency of justice, and marks drawbacks that will interfere with getting the most effective results from the use of the IIS CGJ.
