Implementation of the concept of lean production and its impact on labor productivity

The article discusses the practice of implementing lean manufacturing, including examples of individual Russian enterprises, highlighting significant achievements in increasing labor productivity and improving working conditions. The authors analyze various factors influencing labor productivity, including logistical, organizational, regional economic and social aspects. Particular attention is paid to methods for adapting lean practices depending on the specifics of the industry and production, as well as the importance of optimizing processes and removing non-valuable operations. An approach to the selection of production sites to begin optimization and the importance of continuous improvement and adaptation to market changes are proposed.
