The management conception introduction of talented employees in the contemporary organizations

This article reveals the essence and the role of young talents management in the organization activity. There is reflected a link between young talents management like a system and raising a skill level of the personnel competencies. There is shown the specifics and a focus of talents management conception implementation in the practice of personnel management. In the article there are presented organizations changes as a result of implementation and development of the programs to involvement, growth, progress and retention of young talented employees. Also there is shown the task of an organization head to involve young talented specialists, to encourage compliance to performance set requirements to efficiency and work quality, to active participation in the activity of a company. The article reveals the narrow focus of the issue for the major- ity of the Russian organizations that is stipulating new approaches to the study and implementation of personnel reserve management techniques. The essence of personnel reserve management techniques is emphasized and revealed. There are examples of the domestic practice of effective use of this personnel technique in the organization activity. As an example there is a good example of the personnel policy implementation on talents management in JSC “Tatneft” activity, in particularly the creative activity of young specialists of the Company is contributing the activities of the Central Council of Young Profes- sionals (CCYP), where the workshops on rationalism and invention holds annually in order to involve young employees in the Company's innovation activity by the Central Council of Young Professionals. The focus is on the role of corporative culture in the relation between talents management and business strategy development. There are proved tools to identify and raise talented employees that will increase productivity and employees satisfaction with their work, as well as to take the business to the new level of development.
