Introduction of controlling in management practices

The article presents an organizational and methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the management system of the organization on the basis of controlling, ensuring the integration of strategic and tactical management systems. Due to the complexity of the integration of controlling into management practice, the implementation involves, first of all, revolutionary changes in the internal environment of the organization, its business model: debugging and reforming existing business processes, changing organizational design, the formation of new and reconfiguration of existing information and communication links, the development of a culture of self-monitoring.
