Introduction of corporate culture in the process of employee adaptation using parenting methods

The article discusses the issue of improving the efficiency of the organization through the use of corporate culture, which is proved by a study-survey of company leaders and an example of Southwest Airlines. The analysis of the HR model of this company leads us to the conclusion that management pays special attention to the period of personnel adaptation in order to make clear the essence of the corporate culture for each employee from the first day of his work. The newly accepted employee, being under stress, begins to use copying strategies, which allows him to teach him to use exactly the reaction that is characteristic of the corporate culture of this enterprise with intensive initial stage of adaptation. The comparison of adaptation to the child's upbringing gives us the opportunity to adjust the adaptation process and add two stages at the beginning of adaptation: "game-work" and "work-game," which will increase the effectiveness of adaptation and increase the likelihood that the newly accepted employee will adopt a corporate culture.
