This article analyzes the strategy of introducing coaching to a petroleum enterprise such as PJSC ANK Bashneft. It describes the process of introducing a coaching cycle to improve the quality of corporate governance. In the course of the study, an analysis of the problems existing at the enterprise is made, and the ways and methods for resolving them through the use of coaching technology are proposed. The author comes to the conclusion that the introduction of this innovative tool is an important development strategy for the company, which will significantly improve the quality of management and will increase profits.
