State and private partnership as a factor of development of socially significant branches of economy

The article is devoted to research of problems and prospects of state and private partnership (SPP) as a factor of effective development of socially significant branches of economy. The authors consider the urgency of development of state and private partnership, feature of the used models of SPP; modern problems and obstacles to introduction of state and private partnership and ways of their overcoming are revealed.
