Implementation of active longevity programs in the regulation on motivation of employees of education departments of the Kaluga region

This article raises the problem of implementing active longevity programs in the country, actualizes the importance of this aspect and its necessity. It also talks about foreign experience in promoting these programs and their successes. The provision on motivation is touched upon as a local normative act that is undergoing changes in connection with the current situation. The regulations on motivation in the departments of education management in Dzerzhinsky, Maloyaroslavetsky, Ludinovsky and Borovsky districts of the Kaluga region are investigated in more detail.
