Implementation of the controlling system in a commercial organization

The author studies the organization of information support of the profit control system available at the enterprise, creates a system of balanced indicators of sustainable development of the organization under study to identify the basic principles of profit management and prevent errors. The author also investigated the implementation of the organization's profit controlling system. The author defines the development strategy of the enterprise, taking into account all the features of the functioning of this organization, developed a system for controlling the profit of the production organization, taking into account the stages of implementation, and also evaluated the effectiveness of the implementation of the system.
