Introduction of modern technologies into the company's management system (using the example of intelligent decision support systems for business process management)

The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of intelligent decision support systems for managing business processes in the activities of a modern company. The essence, structure and prospects of such a system are described. The risks and problems that a business may face when preparing and implementing this system in its own architecture are extensively highlighted. It is clarified that it is important to make a decision on the need to implement a decision-making support system if the company's activities allow it to effectively produce homogeneous information, based on which the algorithm will be able to offer really meaningful options, be willing to develop the company's digital architecture and constantly improve the system. Otherwise, the implementation will lead to even greater problems and financial losses, will not allow achieving the set results.
