You must correctly use the human factor - all employees must become participants and allies in the implementation of lean manufacturing rather than opponents or onlookers. The approach of lean manufacturing requires adaptation to specific circumstances no matter in which field it is applied. However, its application in organizations of any level will allow to significantly improve efficiency, to reduce non-production losses, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the region and the country as a whole.
