F. Hollande’s foreign policy course in Africa: the view of Russian researchers

This article examines the conceptual features of the foreign policy course of the President of the Fifth French Republic F. Hollande (2012-2017), from the point of view of domestic researchers. The major military campaigns undertaken by the French authorities on the African continent during this period were also reflected. The author drew a conclusion about the duality of F. Hollande's foreign policy towards African countries.
