Outward signs of deformed professional legal awareness

Legal failures (legal conflicts, offenses, mistakes of law), the common forms of the lawyers’ deformed legal awareness, affect the social outcome and have a negative impact on the actors of ordinary legal awareness. The applied relevance of this research is to identify the prerequisites and consequences of deformation of such awareness that is necessary to predict how to overcome and prevent legal conflicts and failures in law enforcement practice. Social and psychological, rational and ideological, behavioral elements of legal awareness can be developed on the subconscious level, determine the choice of an actor in a legal situation and be negatively transformed beyond the control of a person. Intuition is a specific element of the professional sense of justice in legal practice. The quality of elements of legal awareness defines a set of principles implemented to address a particular legal situation. The legal decisions of the authorities are to be both legal and appropriate.
