External and internal development factors of students’ readiness for self-organization in the course of independent work at a higher education

The article determines the factors of students’ self-organization in the process of independent work, and their classification. It shows the problems to be taken into consideration in the course of training students to work independently. The dependence of students’ professional and personal growth upon the educational support is discussed by the author.
