External migration and the prospects for preserving ethno-social identity of modern states (Israel and Germany cases)

This article deals with the influence of external migration on the prospects for preserving ethno-social identity of modern states (Israel and Germany cases). Since the second half of XX century poliethnocultural structure became the main feature of their societies - phenomenon called multiculturalism. The research is focused on German and Israel experiences to promote multiculturalism and interaction of host dominant cultures with ethnosubculturals.
