Exterior policy of the Russian empire in the nineteenth century and its legal implementation

In the article there is given the analysis of exterior policy and foreign policy activity of the Russian State in the nineteenth century, in the context of national interests among other things. There are indentified and discovered the fundamental char- acteristics of the foreign policy activity of the discussed period on the following various criteria: scope, intensity and stability. In the article there are researched issued of legal implementation of foreign policy activity form a perspective of international and domestic law correlation.
