Еxtracurricular activities as a means of personal results achievement at initial stage of education

The article presents the analysis of the pedagogical potential of extracurricular work in the spiritual and moral development and education of children, in particular, the formation of personality universal educational activities. The author has developed an educational module in the framework of training of primary school teachers, in the process of training the teachers are learning to develop author's programs in order to achieve the planned personal results effectively.
