The article depicts origins and further evolution of inner banking offshores in the USA in a wide historical context. The investigation is based both on traditional historical sources and large massifs of statistical data. Due to the quantitative analysis author argues that during the period roles of the leading off shore jurisdictions (i.e. Delaware, Nevada and South Dakota) were getting increasingly important.
