Internal audit in Russian companies: problems of development and performance

The article discusses the concept and essence of internal audit. The authors describe three approaches used in Russian companies in organizing internal audit. The main problems of the organization of internal audit at enterprises are highlighted, the ways of their solutions are proposed.
