Internal state (municipal) financial control under uniform rules

This article can be useful to local administrations when solving issues of local importance in terms of organizing and monitoring the execution of the budgets of municipalities. The article discusses the legal basis for the implementation of internal state (municipal) financial control and provides characteristic shortcomings in the activities of local administrations for the organization and implementation of internal municipal financial control, identified by the Department of the Federal Treasury in the Chelyabinsk region during analytical activities.
