Intra-country academic mobility as a tool of national development (a case study of political science education)

Introduction: academic mobility plays an important role in the building international scientific and educational communications in the modern system of Russian higher education and acts as a tool of “soft power”. Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic helped to increase the attractiveness of virtual academic mobility, while there is practically no interest from Russian government in the development of intra-country academic mobility.
