The paper sets off to analyze the specificities of the development of the Ukrainian-Russian female “anthropoflow”, aimed at the employment of women in “care economy” of Russian megalopolises. The paper draws on the analysis of secondary theoretical sources, content analysis of media materials and a multi-staged, multi-cited field research. It traces the “development effect” of migration to Russia on Ukrainian women who secure their “social dividends of migration”. The research showed that the benefit of the Russian migration circuit for Ukrainian women consists in the possibility to preserve the integrity of transnational family space and to ensure balance between the work abroad and family life at home.
