Rats` water exchange at different levels of nitric oxide system activity

Бесплатный доступ

Rats water exchange condition in connection with nitroxidergic system activity was studied. Nirtic oxide system activity was estimated by ion nitrate and nitrite in the blood plasma and urine. There was a dependence of nitric oxide stable metabolites content in the plasma and in urine at loading with L-arginine in different doses according to the animal`s sex. Water consumption in rats at loading with L-arginine decreases irrespective of nitric oxide metabolites concentration in the plasma and urine.Nitrate- and nitrite-anion concentration decrease in the blood is accompanied by the increase of the exuded urine volume.
