Military-musical traditions in the patriotic education of suvorovites

Moscow military music school Lieutenant General V.M. Khalilova is at the forefront of the most important and signi cant educational, socio-cultural projects aimed at educating the younger generation in the spirit of respect for history, their roots, traditions, norms and laws of the state; on the formation of responsible behavior, social activity, cultural values; on the development of professional qualities of a military musician, defender of the interests of the Motherland. Using military musical traditions in the system of military musical professional education, we were able to achieve positive results related to personal development. The article reveals the features of patriotic education in the professional training of military musicians; Pedagogical conditions have been identi ed that contribute to the improvement of the educational environment of the Moscow Military Music School, to increase the e󰀩ciency of training specialists of the military orchestra service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, capable of serving for the bene t of society, for the bene t of Russia’s prosperity. The scienti c novelty of the study lies in the rethinking of the functional purpose of professional military music education in modern Russian society, its educational component. In the development of the organizational and methodological system of patriotic education of Suvorovites, taking into account the main pedagogical laws and principles. As a result, the main interrelated functions of the educational process, directions of educational work for further improvement of the domestic system of military music professional education are identi ed and characterized.
