Бесплатный доступ

The article is an attempt to analyse in the aspect of history such characteristics of the First World War prisoners in the Ural region as sex, age, mortality, nuptiality and fertility. Special attention is given not only to construction of dynamical lines of certain prisoners' characteristics of the collective portrait. The reconstruction of the portrait is aimed at making a list of characteristics which - regardless of their being primary or secondary for a generalized image of disarmed enemy soldiers - contributed to transformation of the foreign disarmed enemy into a sensitive irritant for the established within the local community systems of social interaction and counteraction, conflicts and contracts, structures and mechanisms.
