The article analyses the concepts «military law and order» and «military service» as elements of the object of crimes against military service; studies types and the content of specific and direct object of crimes, its methodological significance. The structure of public relation as an object of crimes against military service is specified. The author shows the mechanism of infliction of harm while committing crimes against military service and offers scientifically reasonable criteria of systematization of crimes against military service and their classification.
