Willful nature of legal acts in civil law

The category of legal acts in the civil law of Russia at the moment remains little studied, and this despite the fact that legal acts as part of the system of legal facts are the basis for the emergence, change and termination of civil legal relations. A special place in the structure of a legal act is the will of the subject who commits it, as well as its significance for the future legal relationship.
